Precise supramolecular theranostics
Nanotheranostics, the integration of therapy and diagnosis in nanoformulations, is the next generation of personalized medicine to meet the challenges in precise diagnosis, rational management and effective therapy. Different from most conventional platforms, supramolecular nanotheranostics based on non-covalent interactions have unparalleled advantages, showing promising potential in clinical translations and applications. We are focusing on the fabrication of novel supramolecular theranostics using artificial macrocycles and natural biomacromolecules as building blocks, aiming to promote their pharmacokinetic behaviors and therapeutic efficacy.
